A financial management veteran who has led the growth of several finance and community-related development initiatives, Remi moved from Nigeria to the United States in1982 to pursue her first degree and an MBA.
Remi joined a Fortune 100 Company as a customer service officer and climbed up the corporate ladder to earn the title of Vice president. After a successful corporate career, she chose to start her own businesses and help others launch and grow theirs.
In addition, she serves as a Director for the Continental African Diversity Leadership Council for the Maryland Democratic Party. She received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humane Letters from a US University recognizing her extensive work in community affairs.
Her diverse and extensive background in the financial sector placed her in a unique position to positively impact the global community. The knowledge and experience she gained working in the financial sector was an asset she has always been committed to transferring on to the community. This is her passion; to give back to her country and continent as Remi is working with companies and individuals to promote entrepreneurship and business between the United States and Africa.
