Mohamed Rady is manager of the INNO 101 StartUp Accelerator in Alexandria, Egypt. During the last three years, he has invested in 12 startups of which 3 have had successful exits. One of these entrepreneurs explained: ”Rady is the best mentor I ever had. He believed in me and pushed me to think beyond my limits.” After scaling his own businesses, Rady decided to help others scale their businesses in Egypt.

As a Country Champion for Google Business Groups, Rady helps develop the local business community in Egypt, covering 7 major cities. As part of the Master Mentor StartUp Cup, he has helped over 100 Egyptian entrepreneurs using the VizTools to improve and leverage their businesses. Rady also volunteer mentors with Mowgli Foundation in Egypt. As a graduate of Stanford, Rady stays connected to the US University by mentoring in their Venture Lab, one of the leading MOOC platforms including the Technology Entrepreneurship E-145 course.
