As a young “under 30” entrepreneur, Pepe has spent most of his life in Angola and Namibia. He is one of 13 children and graduated from the Polytechnic of Namibia. Pepe worked for large oil company in his home country, but left it to pursue his entrepreneurial life and launch/grow his business in the automotive sector.
While in Namibia, he was involved in Junior Achievement, Rotary Club and his Family Business. He was following his personal philosophy that “if you are young, at first work for experience not for money.”A big fan of Zig Ziglar, Pepe tells entrepeneurs his favorite quote: “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.”
A member of the local Rotary, Pepe believes it is important for African entrepreneurs to “Be part of either a national, regional or International recognized Organization that fosters career growth and development, in which you can Contribute to its Growth / Social Objectives and Grow with the Organization. Don’t be out there loose by yourself.”
