Hod Anyigba, Ghana, knows about what it takes make it as an entrepreneur. His experience spans across entrepreneurship, economic research and finance.
He is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Entrepreneurship at Nobel International Business School (NIBS).
Prior to joining NIBS, he was Assistant Professor at the Institute of International programs (Department of International finance and accounting) – St. Petersburg University of management and economics.
Hod’s research focuses on entrepreneurial economics, in particular, entrepreneurial finance, entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy & intent, entrepreneurship policy and sustainable entrepreneurship in developing countries.
His other research interests include, but are not limited to, economic growth, economic globalization impact on SME’s, competitiveness, GDP, economic inequality and International Trade & Finance – FDI, as well as political risks.
He said: “business owners can excel more within their various sectors when they see research as a back bone to their businesses.”
Hod holds a PhD in economics from St. Petersburg University of Management and Economics, a Master of Science (MSc.) in International economics from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in economics from the same university.
