Farid Karama, Ugandan mentor, serial agripreneur and innovator, started his entrepreneurial journey with FK Youth Mentoring Network, a mentoring hub providing mentoring and assistance to entrepreneurs to launch and grow their agribusinesses.

Farid also founded the Africa Agribusiness Academy, a pan-African initiative seeking to promote entrepreneurship and innovation by helping agribusinesses grow in Africa, and Sulma Group of Companies, one of the leading Agribusiness Houses in Uganda. Sulma Group started with exporting fruits and vegetables to Middle East and Europe, it has now grown into one of the largest agribusinesses in Uganda.

Farid is passionate about helping agribusinesses grow in Africa, through his businesses and mentoring initiatives, he wishes to journey with entrepreneurs and share his own experience to empower other agripreneurs and innovators.
